The other nominees include, Rhianna, Lady Gaga, Norah Jones and Shakira.
A wonderful opportunity for a collector of Ladyhawke or Sarah Larnach artwork, and to help a good cause.
This is the first time any of the artwork related to the Ladyhawke self-titled album, or its singles, has been put up for sale. I had been waiting for the right moment, and this must be it.
This painting, and cd's are being sold to raise funds for relief in Haiti. My sister Emily lives and works for the U.N. in Haiti with her family (husband and 3 children), and they have been devastated by the earthquake which struck on January 13th. As of right now, January 14th, only two members of the family are accounted for.
This is a rare chance to own a piece of my Ladyhawke artwork. I have created all of the album and singles artwork for Ladyhawke, as well as working on music videos and merchandise for her.
Perhaps your company or organization would like to contribute by bidding for this painting.
The painting is watercolour and ink on paper, and dimensions are approx 21cm high x 30cm wide. It is an unframed painting of two kittens, and was painted specifically for Ladyhawke.
In addition to this original painting, Ladyhawke and I will sign a copy of the hard-to-find first release of the Ladyhawke single 'Paris Is Burning', where this image appears on the reverse AND a copy of the Ladyhawke album, where the cats make an appearance in the lyrics book. I will include a personal letter of thanks, signed by both of us, for authenticity.
All proceeds of this auction will be donated to charity to children and families affected by the tragedy in Haiti. (I am posting this is is a rush, so haven't figured out which charity just yet).

December 02: The No Surrender Charitable Trust spent the English summer collecting artwork from musicians from all over to help raise money for some good causes. They stumbled upon Pip at Radio 1's Big Weekend and gave her a pen and a canvas and ten minutes to create some art. It's now for sale!

September 02: Ladyhawke: A New Zealand Tour
Ladyhawke has added three more dates to her Australasian tour this November. She'll finally be making it back home to New Zealand in late October for a show on Halloween night at the Powerstation in Auckland, with a fleeting visit to her hometown Wellington, before finishing up in Christchurch and then heading over to Australia for a run of gigs there.
Supporting Pip on the road across the New Zealand dates will be old friends and fellow Kiwi's, Over The Atlantic.

And because North America waited a year longer than the rest of the world - it has been released in the U.S as a special deluxe edition featuring the twelve original tracks plus five bonus cuts – Oh My [originally a U.K. bonus track], Danny and Jenny [from the Paris is Burning EP], and acoustic versions of Paris is Burning, Dusk Till Dawn, and My Delirium.

August 26: Last night the fruit of Ladyhawke's collaboration with her artist Sarah Larnach for Beck'sMusic Inspired Art campaign were unveiled.

August 20: American's can now purchase Ladyhawke's special edition vinyl. The album is out on CD in the States in just a week and a half on September 1st!
August 14: Sarah Larnach, beer, art and a Ladyhawke gig: Beck's released their first ever artist designed labels on limited edition bottles in 1987.
22 years later Ladyhawke and her artist Sarah Larnach have followed in the footsteps of legendary innovative artists such as Yoko Ono, Damien Hirst, Tim Noble and Sue Webster by lending Ladyhawke's visual style to this years run of limited edition Beck's bottles.
Ladyhawke is set to play a gig on the 25th of August at a yet-to-be announced London venue to celebrate the launch of her two labels as a part of Beck's 'Music Inspired Art' campaign. Sarah Larnach is responsible for Ladyhawke's entire visual portfolio from CD and single covers, on-stage props to the amazing illustrations featured in the My Delirium music video. Sarah and Pip have been collaborating since Ladyhawke's conception in 2005, and now millions of Beck's bottles featuring Sarah's stunning water colour label designs will be in bars, supermarkets and off licenses all over the United Kingdom this autumn. The pair saw teaming up with Beck's as a great opportunity to showcase Sarah's amazing artistic talent to a large pool of people who otherwise may not get the opportunity to see it.

July 11: Oxegen and T in the Park Cancellations:
Yesterday Pip unfortunately had to pull out of her set at Oxegen Festival in Ireland due to ill health. She has subsequently had to pull out of her set at T in the Park in Scotland tomorrow (Sunday the 12th).
Pip did make it to Oxegen Festival yesterday, on her arrival she visited the medical tent to receive treatment for a fever and flu symptoms she had had the last couple of days. Over the next few hours she deteriorated to the point where she had to pull out of her show, she could barely talk - let alone sing.
Another doctor looked her over and said her symptoms were too severe to be traveling and playing shows this weekend. Due to the nature of festivals and the current fear around the flu, the doctor thought it best she rest for the weekend and not expose her band, crew and other festival goers to her bug. Pip is gutted about having to pull out of two festivals she has been looking forward to playing but says she feels "really really shit."
Just wanted to extend apologies to all those affected by the cancellations.

Pip has to return to London to take care of some visa business which has been an ongoing issue.
